Positive Psychology
in Organizations

Positive psychology focuses on what helps people and organizations function at their best. It asks fundamental questions: What are your strengths? What gives you strength?

Research shows that only about one in five employees feels fully engaged at work. This raises deeper questions: Why aren’t I happy? How can I become happier? Is happiness something we find externally, or something we cultivate within?

In this session, participants explore practical mindsets and daily practices that infuse work — not only in exceptional moments, but in everyday life — with meaning, interest, energy, and enjoyment.

The lecture highlights core pillars of positive psychology that help people choose how they respond to challenges, build meaningful engagement, and foster growth — bringing more energy, curiosity, and commitment into what they do every day.
